Opportunity

We are expanding our backend team and looking for a Inside Sales Agent to drive company growth and impact with our clients. Your Responsibilities

- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls, conversations, and qualified live transfers sent to partnered real estate agents.

- Develop a strong understanding of ZoGrow’s lead-gen system, qualifying criteria, and client expectations to ensure only high-intent leads are transferred.

- Use consultative qualifying questions to understand a lead’s situation, motivation, timeline, and readiness to speak with an agent.

- Conduct clear, professional conversations with buyer and seller leads to determine fit and confirm interest before transferring the call.

- Ensure every transfer meets ZoGrow’s quality standards, including proper verification of contact info, timeline, budget, and home preferences.

- Maintain smooth handoffs by confirming the agent is available, prepping the lead appropriately, and making introductions professionally.

- Follow scripts and frameworks while adapting to the lead’s tone and needs to keep conversations natural and engaging.

- Maintain accurate notes and dispositions in the CRM to keep client pipelines organized and ensure transparent reporting.

Stay informed on local real estate trends, client territories, and market conditions to refine qualification and improve transfer quality.

The Requirements

- Must be self motivated, competitive professional who loves the idea of a position they can grow in and control their own income

- Proven work experience as a sales representative.

- Excellent with details and follow-thru to completion of projects

- Passionate about helping others reach new levels or goals

- Strong ability to listen and understand what is needed

- Eager to learn and wants to make a difference (mission driven)

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
